1) Subscription Rates: Our standard membership fee is currently £12 per annum, which take membership through until 31st March. There is a reduced membership fee for additional family members at the same address (eg spouse or dependant children). The fee for each additional family members is £7.
2) Children & Junior Members: We do not currently accept members under the age of 18.
3) 1st/ 2nd Claim: If an applicant is already a member of another running club, they are deemed to be 2nd claim for Epsom Oddballs, otherwise they will be considered 1st Claim.
4) England Athletics: Members should join England Athletics (EA) in order to enjoy the benefits of full membership of the club. Being a member of England Athletics entitles members to compete for Epsom Oddballs in all events, either as an individual or within teams for the club. If an applicant is already affiliated to EA through another club, and wants to join Epsom Oddballs as 1st Claim, they will need to join initially as 2nd claim and then follow the club transfer procedure.
5) Club Kit: Members are expected to run in club kit (vest or t-shirt) when competing for us, it is mandatory for some races including the Surrey Cross Country League and Surrey Road League events. Currently we have an offer of half price membership fees if applicants buy kit when joining the club.

6) Club Privacy Statement: Epsom Oddballs RC takes the protection of data that we hold about you as a member seriously and will do everything possible to ensure that data is collected, stored, processed, maintained, cleansed and retained in accordance with current and future UK data protection legislation. 7) Club Database: Currently we hold our club database through England Athletics. As such please tick the appropriate box on the form to give permission for your data to be passed to the Athletics Governing Body. When you become a member or renew membership with Epsom Oddballs RC you can also chose to be registered as a member of England Athletics. You are required to be registered as a member if you wish to compete for the club in competition under UKA Rules. Being a member of England Athletics means you will get discounts on many races you enter. Membership of England Athletics is not compulsory.
We provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you. They contact you to invite you to sign in and update this portal. 8) Social Media: The club operates on a variety of social media platforms, please note any information posted to these by you may be visible to the public and any shared photos may be used for club publicity. When using WhatsApp your phone number will be visible to other users within the WhatsApp group.
