Coach led session

7pm start. In the Winter months we meet outside Horton Golf Park Clubhouse (just inside the gates to the Car Park). The locations can vary during the Summer months and will be posted via the Club whatsApp and weekly Shorts. 

Note: Please wear bright clothing in winter months.

Most weeks we offer two options on a Tuesday which are normally interval based, but vary each week. The session content will be posted in advance and the Run Leaders will explain the sessions at the start. 

The groups will then split and head off for their warm up, main session and a gentle jog back to the start followed by group stretches. 

Our training is aimed to benefit different levels of fitness, and runners are encouraged to run at a pace suitable for their level of fitness. 

By the very nature of intervals there is opportunity to adapt the sessions to the individual and as such these are considered suitable for all abilities.
